Hi, I'm Paolo, I'm an Italian Chef and for a few years now I have decided to dedicate myself to teaching and transmitting that simplicity and taste that characterizes Italian cuisine. With me I have my team, trusted and passionate like me, friendly and well prepared. Together we will guide you step by step to discover the most famous Italian Pasta and Pizza dishes!
We will spend a few hours together and both my staff and I will try to teach you as much as possible about this thousand-year-old tradition. When you are in our cooking class, don't spare yourself any questions or curiosities, ask anything, participate and let others participate in your questions too.
